Return policy
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it.
How to start a comeback

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishables (like food, flowers or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (like beauty products). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please bear in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
